Although great care and provision is taken, participation in the activities that make up the Campus Chelsea FC is not without some inherent risk of injury. As such, in consideration of your child’s participation in the selected summer program you hereby waive and discharge the staff on the Campus Chelsea FC program, servants, agents or employees from all liability that may occur.

The Campus Chelsea FC or respective servants shall not have any liability in respect of any loss or damage to property whilst attending the Campus Chelsea FC course.

Parents/ guardians will give us permission for any emergency medical care or treatment by a physician, surgeon, hospital, or medical care facility that may be required, including transportation, and accept responsibility for the cost.

Esde S.L. take out a medical insurance policy which provides only minimum coverage so it is recommended that your child is covered with family insurance in the event of a serious accident.

The Campus Chelsea FC is not obliged to reimburse any student if the course once commenced were cancelled due to extreme forces out of our control (including extreme weather conditions, war, civil tumult, plague, volcanic activity, floods etc). Despite all due care and every possible detail to attention, we cannot guarantee against events such as natural disasters.

Due to possible adverse weather conditions we reserve the right to postpone, cancel or change activities within the Campus Chelsea FC.

I give permission for photos/video images of my child on the Campus Chelsea FC to be used if chosen on future promotional material for the Campus Chelsea FC or Chelsea Football Club. If you do not wish for any images to be used please contact us by mail stating the contrary.

We can not be held responsible for non residential players left 30 minutes before the course commences.

We promote fair play, respect, discipline and anti – bullying. The Campus Chelsea FC does not tolerate any forms of bullying to any child in any form. Any child who bullies another will be warned once and the parents will be immediately notified. If the incident occurs again the child will be sent home.

Any child may be sent home early at the expense of his or her parents or guardians if the summer school rules are violated. No refund will be reimbursed and the parents/guardians will have to collect the child within 24 hours of notice.

If you are unable to take part in the Campus Chelsea FC you must inform us in writing prior to 1st June and we will reimburse the amount paid but not including the €400 reservation. Unfortunately after this date we do not issue refunds. In extreme cases ESDE S.L. will study each case on its merit and may use the payment as a credit note for the following year.

The Campus Chelsea FC reserve the right of admission to any participant who is not deemed fit to undertake the course.
